Win a stunning leather Sounder Golf Bag.
Independent British start-up Sounder are making waves in the golf industry with their laid-back and honest approach to the design and manufacture of clothing, accessories and footwear.
The brand are committed to sustainability, employ a local workforce and offer something different from the mass-produced products created by bigger brands. With Sounder having just launched a new golf bag, we’ve teamed up with them to give one away to you.
The Sounder Golf Bag is a project that’s been years in the making. The company could very easily have gone to the same Far Eastern factories as the major brands and made a bag with their logo on it. But it would have been just another golf bag…
Instead, they’ve started from scratch, testing every design tweak and fabric on the course, in all weathers. And they’ve found a factory in England that specializes in working with high-grade leather.
A soft grain, vegetable-tanned leather was sourced from Italy and combined with a 14oz waxed canvas shell to produce a carry bag that’s durable, lightweight and weather-resistant.
A 60cm circumference top has a bound leather divider, with enough space for 14 clubs. That makes it a great option if you’re teeing up in something serious, or perfectly balanced for nine holes with a half-set on a Sunday evening.
There’s a pocket for balls, tees and gloves, plus space for an additional layer. Five stainless steel D-rings also provide plenty of options for attaching towels, rangefinders and Bluetooth speakers.
The result is a single-strap bag that is comfortable, practical and built to age beautifully.
