What’s In The Bag: Billy Horschel

What’s in the bag of DP World and PGA Tour-winning golfer Billy Horschel?

The Florida-born player was part of the brilliant Walker Cup side of 2007 and, while his team-mates Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler have hit greater heights, Horschel has carved out an excellent career.

Today's Golfer What's In The Bag is brought to you in association with Callaway Chrome Tour and Chrome Tour X golf balls.

His biggest win to date came at the WGC World Match Play in 2021, when he beat now World No.1 Scottie Scheffler in the final. Later that year he claimed the European Tour’s flagship prize – The BMW PGA Championship.

Trophy

He lifted his seventh PGA Tour trophy with a sensational victory at The Memorial Tournament in June 2022. Victory at Muirfield Village lifted West Ham fan Horschel to a career-high 11th in the official world rankings, with his next goals to break into the top 10, win a Major and make the 2023 US Ryder Cup team.

Horschel has since won again on the US Tour, with victory coming at the 2024 Corales Puntacana Championship, the alternate event to the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town.

If you’re in the market for some new gear, find out how all of Horschel’s clubs performed in our 2024 tests, including the best driversirons, and putters. Let’s take look at what’s in the bag of Billy Horschel.
