What golf clubs does Talor Gooch use? We delve into the bag of the PGA Tour and LIV Golf winner.
Oklahoma-born Talor Gooch played on the PGA Tour Canada for two seasons, before progressing to the Web.com Tour in 2017, where he finished sixth on the money list to secure a PGA Tour card.
Gooch won his first PGA Tour event at the RSM Classic in November 2021.
In May 2022, Gooch signed for the LIV Golf Tour, finishing 9th in the inaugural tournament to take home $580,000. He won his first LIV Golf event in April 2023, taking the LIV Golf Adelaide Invitational in the tour’s first visit to Australia, securing £3.2m in prize money.
Gooch uses a full bag of Callaway clubs, although he opts to use a different brand’s golf ball. Let’s delve into Gooch’s golf bag and take a more detailed look at his golf equipment. You can also find out how all of Gooch’s clubs performed in our tests of the year’s best equipment, including the best golf irons.
What driver does Talor Gooch use?
Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond Driver | VIEW UK OFFER | VIEW US OFFER
Gooch uses the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond driver, having switched out the Callaway Rogue ST LS he was previously using. The Triple Diamond is the lowest-spinning head in the Callaway Paradym driver range, typically geared towards good players with high swing speeds.
For those with enough swing speed to get the most out of it, the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is one of the longest golf drivers available.

What fairway wood does Talor Gooch use?
Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond Fairway Wood (3-wood) | VIEW UK OFFER | VIEW US OFFER
Gooch uses a 3-wood that matches his driver, opting for the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond – one of the best fairway woods of 2023.
The Triple Diamond fairway wood is compact but has a deeper face and helps players reduce spin to keep the ball lower.

What hybrid does Talor Gooch use?
Callaway Big Bertha Alpha 815 Hybrid
Gooch uses the Callaway Big Bertha Alpha 815, which is interesting, as it was released in 2015. Clearly Gooch loves it so much he hasn’t been tempted to switch to a newer model or one of the best hybrid golf clubs available now.
What irons does Talor Gooch use?
Callaway X Forged + Callaway Apex MB
Gooch uses a combo set of Callaway X Forged irons (4 to 6-iron) and Callaway Apex MB irons (7 to 9-iron).
Gooch seemingly wants the extra precision, control and feedback of the bladed Apex MB in the short irons, but a little more forgiveness in the longer irons with the X Forged.

What wedges does Talor Gooch use?
Callaway Jaws MD5 Raw (46°, 52°, 56° & 60°) | VIEW UK OFFER | VIEW US OFFER
Gooch uses Callaway Jaws MD5 Raw wedges, favoring a four-wedge setup instead of having a pitching wedge from his iron set.
Callaway’s Jaws MD5 wedges feature aggressive grooves to generate maximum spin and are one of our picks for the best golf wedges.

What putter does Talor Gooch use?
Odyssey Tri-Hot 5K Two Putter | VIEW UK OFFER | VIEW US OFFER
