The all-new for 2010 Wilson Staff Dx3 Soft Golf Ball is designed for players that love the distance and feel of Dx2 Soft but prefer additional shot-stopping spin and greenside control. Traction control technology keeps the Dx3 Soft on the club face longer and engages more grooves for superior spin control over similar multilayer golf balls.
The features of the Wilson Staff Dx3 Soft Golf Balls include a super-soft, high Velocity core. Has the softest core in the game today utilizes advancements in rubber chemistry to maintain high initial velocity. Tha ball has a HPF speed mantle, this speed-generating HPF mantle encases the low compression core to generate higher spin. Other featrures include a thin, responsive ionomer cover whcih delivers a soft feel with maximum durability and improved scuff-resistance.PhD Aerodynamics with a large, flat-bottomed andshallow dimples which deliver a stable, penetrating ball flight. Additionally the Dx3 soft ball has traction control technology.
On the mulitlayer C:25, traction control integrates with the thin urethane to generate the highest spin possible off of club faces with the 25 deg of loft or more for ultimate shot-making and scoring. The new Dx3 soft balls also have green side control and shot-stopping spin technology.

DX3 2016 URATHANE BALL
Tried the DX3 urathane today on prestatyn golf course and i must say impressed......i play between a 9 and 10 index and used quite a lot of different balls...ranging from titleist to taylormade and srixon to callaway.....recent weather at prestatyn has dried the course out a tad hence making the greens less receptive...... but using the same cleveland wedges managed to get the ball one bounce and check....this ball also played well in the wind with not so much deviasion.... i use titleist AP2 710 irons and the feel off the face is soft but not buttery.....putting was also a pleasure...nice clip of the face very pleasing to the ear.....to sum this ball up if you have played bridgestone B330 RX or srixon Z star 2014-15 version then give this ball a whizz you will not be cheated
