Their latest innovation is the APEX Remote trolley, which Stewart believe is the “ultimate remote machine”. It features Active Terrain Control (ATC), a brand-new system that helps the trolley react to its surroundings and distribute power independently between its twin motors, depending on the gradient of the course. Unlike basic downhill breaking, ATC automatically keeps the APEX traveling at the desired speed and direction uphill, downhill, and when traversing side slopes.

The innovative ATC system is powered by a new AP1 Cortex Microchip. This advanced processing unit monitors power requirements from each motor up to 1,000 times per second and redistributes it to maximize performance at any gradient. This new system also adjusts to different golf bag weights.

The APEX’s remote provides a 100-yard range, giving you complete control to steer it around the course.

Remote trolleys need stability as you don’t want to be worried about yours toppling over while you’re some distance away. The APEX features Stewart Golf’s innovative integrated stabilizer, which automatically deploys and retracts when the APEX is folded/unfolded. When the trolley approaches a steeper gradient, it tilts back and uses the stabilizer to drive up the hill. New wheels, meanwhile, provide extra traction.

Stewart Golf’s SmartPower Lithium battery comes in a choice of 27- or 45-hole capacity. It’s an easy-to-use plug-and-play unit which even enables you to monitor battery usage and capacity in real-time using the free Stewart Golf app.

The Stewart Golf APEX trolley folds down into a compact package for storage and transport, including a built-in handle for easy lifting.
